Our professional portrait photographer will provide a true portrait experience with strobe lights, DSLR camera shooting & best of all, guided posing! Your guests will experience their own mini photo shoot and private gallery with all their photos to share and keep.
How does the portrait lounge experience work?
Step 1
Photographer will pose and guide guests. A variety of 3-6 photos will be taken.
Step 2
Guests will be “spotted”. Photographer will connect each guest to their perspective photo via text or email.
Step 3
Guest will receive a link to their own personal gallery with all the photos taken.

Event Portrait Photography
Looking for something more casual? No problem! If you don’t need the full studio experience, opt for our Event Portrait Photography service. This service includes a professional photographer with on-camera flash. No full portrait setup, just everything you need to capture entertaining candid or posed shots of you and your guests!
Just like our Portrait Lounge service, your guests will receive their own branded galleries with access to view and download all their photos. The perfect option for corporate or branding events!

What is the main difference between a photo booth, event portrait photography and a portrait lounge?
A photo booth takes photos via a stationary booth. Event portrait photography refers to a roaming photographer who takes photos of guests throughout the event. And a Portrait Lounge is a designated area or pop-up studio where a photographer takes portraits of guests.
Do I need to get a backdrop?
Not at all! We can create a pop-up studio anywhere in your venue that you feel would be picture perfect. Or we can utilize a decorated area that’s already part of your event decor. Ultimately it all depends on the look you’re going for. For example, a popular option right now is having a White Backdrop for classic black & white photos. This option will give photos a more studio-like quality.
What sharing options are included?
Instant sharing is available via personal galleries. After the initial photo is taken, guests will be connected to their photos via text or email. Then, throughout the event any other photos taken of them will automatically appear in their galleries.
Can I add my name/logo/brand on the photos?
Yes! All rentals include a custom design for your photos.
How much space is required?
We ask that you provide a minimum of 10ft square of space for our Portrait Lounge service.
Can I have a Portrait Lounge outdoors?
Yes! However, due to weather issues we highly recommend a space that is covered or have an immediate plan B in place. Please let us know what your setup will be prior to the event for recommendations and appropriate preparations.
What are other requirements to be aware of?
Our Portrait Lounge requires a standard electrical outlet within 10-15ft. However, our Event Portrait Photography is fully wireless.
